MY WHY...

I come from a medical background and grew up in a medical practice, watching my dad interact with his patients over the decades ❤️ I knew from a young age I wanted to help people be their healthiest selves but not a the reductionist level of 6 mins for a symptom, P/X and off you go 😑🤔

I redid all my training over the last 9 years, raising 2 kids, sacrificing weekends and holidays as a family, broadening my knowledge tenfold.

My desire is to help millions of people globally to become their best selves, improving their health, wellbeing, belief patterns, mental health, mindset, patterns, careers and more ❤️

I don’t fit into the box. I never have done and I never will. We are faced with massive ill health and disease from lifestyle choices and I am here to get people in the right path.....🔥🔥🔥
